I established FORGE GAMES in 2008 after I made the move from running demo games of WARMACHINE and HORDES at wargaming shows as a Privateer Press Ganger to being a trader. Seeing there was a gap in the market at wargaming shows for a trader carrying the complete PP range I took the opportunity and booked my first trade stand.
Since the first show I have branched out slightly and decided to be a one-stop shop at shows and online for the games I play. That is an important aspect to my operation -I only sell games I actually play or gaming products I use. Therefore I can offer gamers a superb service backed up by product knowledge. At present this includes WARMACHINE, HORDES, Iron Kingdoms RPG, Monsterpocalypse, World of Warcraft Miniatures, Anima: Tactics and Dungeons & Dragons.
The focus for FORGE GAMES is to attend wargaming shows around the UK. At each show FORGE GAMES will stock the entire range in each line sold and run demo games. If space allows FORGE GAMES will also run 500-point battle games on a fabulous 4′ x 4′ table. There will be prizes and deals for those taking part in games. In addition, at some shows FORGE GAMES will sponsor tournaments of WARMACHINE, HORDES and MONSTERPOCALYPSE.
